Who We Are:

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the websites and online services operated by:

• ReNew & Flourish Mental Wellness^TM – mental wellness, coaching, and certain regulated clinical services.

• Zion’s Touch Speaks^TM – speaking, workshops, events, and training.

• Zion’s Touch Book Coaching & Publishing^TM – book coaching, publishing support, and related services.

Collectively referred to in these Terms as “ReNew & Flourish Mental Wellness, Zion’s Touch Speaks, or Zion’s Touch Book Coaching & Publishing”, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

These Terms govern your use of:

• renewflourish.com, calledrosette.com, and

• Any related sites or pages branded as ReNew & Flourish Mental Wellness, Zion’s Touch Speaks, or Zion’s Touch Book Coaching & Publishing (collectively, the “Site”)

• Any content, programs, products, and services offered through the Site (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility:

By using the Site, you represent that:

• You are at least the age of majority in your province/territory; and

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you do not meet these conditions, you must not use the Site.

Nature of Services & Professional Disclaimer:

Our brands provide a blend of:

• Mental wellness and coaching services (ReNew & Flourish Mental Wellness^TM)

• Speaking, workshops, and training (Zion’s Touch Speaks^TM)

• Book coaching and publishing services (Zion’s Touch Book Coaching & Publishing^TM)

Unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement:

• The Site and general content are for education, inspiration, and information only.

• They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

• Accessing the Site does not automatically create a nurse–patient, therapist–client, or other regulated professional–client relationship. You should always consult an appropriate licensed professional regarding your specific situation.

Emergencies: Our Services are not designed for crisis or emergency response. If you are in

crisis, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency department.

Changes to These Terms:

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date

above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Acceptable Use:

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, servers, or systems.

• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or copy Site content without our consent.

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Some features may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information;

• Keep your login credentials confidential;

• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly where misuse or security concerns arise.

Intellectual Property:

Unless otherwise stated:

• The Site, its design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, videos, downloadable resources, methods, and frameworks (including but not limited to FLOURISH Forward MethodT^M, CALLED Purpose Model^TM, NEW-YOU Recovery Program^TM, and any related materials) are owned by or licensed to ReNew & Flourish Mental Wellness and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may:

• View content and, where permitted, download or print a single copy for personal, non-

commercial use.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly display Site content without our prior written consent.

• Use our trademarks or trade dress in a way that may cause confusion.

User Content:

If you submit content to us via the Site (e.g., comments, testimonials, reviews, or feedback):

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

• You confirm that you have the right to share that content and that it does not infringe

others’ rights. We may remove content at our discretion if it is inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful.

Program, Coaching, and Publishing Agreements:

Specific Services such as one-to-one counseling/coaching, workshops, or publishing packages may require you to sign additional agreements, policies, or consent forms (for example, clinical consent forms, coaching agreements, or publishing contracts). Where there is a conflict, those specific agreements govern the relevant service.

For publishing and book coaching services:

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, authors retain ownership of their intellectual property.

• Our role is to provide coaching, editorial support, and/or publishing services as defined in separate contracts.

Fees, Payments, and Refunds:

• Fees for Services are displayed on the Site or in bespoke proposals.

• Payments are processed via third-party payment processors under their own terms and privacy policies.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, bookings for sessions, programs, events, and other services whether delivered online or in person are confirmed only once payment has been received and successfully processed.

Refunds and Rescheduling:

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. For appointments, sessions, and programs, rescheduling requests may be accommodated in line with our applicable reschedule rules communicated at the time of booking.

Where there is any inconsistency, the refund and rescheduling terms in your signed service or program agreement will take precedence over this general policy.

No Guarantees of Results:

We may share testimonials and case studies for ReNew & Flourish Mental Wellness^TM, Zion’s Touch Speaks^TM, or Zion's Touch Book Coaching & Publishing^TM. These are individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Outcomes depend on multiple factors including your context, effort, and external conditions.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or the Services will not, in any circumstances, exceed the total fees actually paid by you to us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event on which the claim is based. Some jurisdictions do not allow all such limitations; where prohibited, we limit our liability to the minimum allowed by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of

any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free;

• Defects will be corrected; or

• The Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReNew & Flourish Mental Wellness^TM, Zion’s Touch Speaks^TM, or Zion’s Touch Book Coaching & Publishing^TM, together with its owner and any current or future directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims,

liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your:

• Use of the Site or Services;

• Violation of these Terms; or

• Violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada (sitting in or nearest to Red Deer, Alberta).
