How We Deliver Care

At ReNew & Flourish Mental Wellness, we recognize that people and organizations need different types of access to care. That’s why we offer multiple delivery models—so you can choose the format that aligns with your needs, schedule, and comfort level.

In-Person Support Sessions

Our in-person model is designed for clients who value direct, face-to-face connection in a calm and confidential environment.

What we offer in person:

  • Individual counseling & therapy

  • One-to-one coaching

  • In-person workshops and trainings

  • Group sessions focused on mental wellness, recovery, and resilience

Best suited for:

  • Clients who prefer traditional, on-site sessions.

  • Individuals who benefit from in-room presence and structure.

  • Organizations across Canada (and internationally, by request) seeking on-site workshops or group programs.

Hybrid Programs

The hybrid model blends on-site and online care to support continuity and flexibility.

How hybrid care works:

  • Start with in-person sessions to build rapport, then transition to virtual follow-ups

  • Alternate between in-person and online options based on work, family, or health demands

  • Use virtual check-ins between scheduled in-person appointments

Available hybrid services:

  • Counseling & therapy

  • Coaching

  • Workshops and psychoeducational sessions

  • Group sessions (support, skills development, and wellness groups)

Best Suited For:

  • Busy professionals balancing multiple responsibilities

  • Clients in transition (e.g., post-hospitalization, job change, caregiving)

  • Organizations that run both on-site and remote teams

Virtual Care Model

Our virtual care model removes geographic and logistical barriers, making support more accessible and convenient.

What we offer virtually:

  • Secure online counseling & therapy

  • One-to-one coaching sessions

  • Virtual workshops and webinars

  • Online group sessions and programs

Key Features:

  • Delivered via secure, privacy-compliant platforms

  • Ideal for clients outside the local area or with mobility/transportation barriers

  • Flexible scheduling for evenings or non-traditional hours (as available)

Community Engagement

ReNew & Flourish is committed to supporting mental wellness beyond the office walls.

Community-focused services include:

  • Workshops and seminars for community groups, schools, and faith-based or nonprofit organizations

  • Psychoeducational programs on topics such as stress management, resilience, recovery, and mental health literacy

  • Collaborative initiatives with local partners to address specific community needs

Outcomes we support:

  • Increased awareness and understanding of mental health

  • Reduced stigma around seeking help

  • Stronger, more resilient communities
