1. Scope and Brands Covered 

This Privacy Policy applies to:

operated by Rosette Felebrico-Singson (Rosette Singson) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you:

• Request or receive services from any of our brands. 

• Subscribe to newsletters or updates. 

• Register for webinars, events, or workshops. 

• Participate in coaching, publishing, or mental wellness offerings. 

This Policy is intended to align with: 

• Alberta Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) for private-sector organizations.

• Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) for certain inter-provincial/international activities. 

• Alberta Health Information Act (HIA) where we act as a custodian or affiliate handling health information as part of regulated health services.

Clinical services may be governed by additional privacy and consent documents provided to you at intake. 

2. Types of Information We Collect 

2.1 Information You Provide 

Depending on the brand and service, we may collect: 

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, time zone.

• Demographic information (if you choose to provide it). 

• Booking and registration details: services requested, event registration, schedule preferences. 

• Clinical / health-related information (ReNew & Flourish Mental Wellness™ only): Intake information, relevant health history, presenting concerns, and notes where clinically required and permitted by law and professional standards.

• Coaching / consulting information: goals, questionnaires, pre-work, and feedback.

• Publishing and book coaching information: manuscript drafts, synopses, book proposals, author bios, and related IP details. 

• Payment details: limited to information necessary to confirm payment, with full card data handled by third-party processors. 

• Communications: emails, form submissions, testimonials, and survey responses.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically 

When you visit our websites, we may automatically collect: 

• IP address, browser type, operatingsystem; 

• Pages visited, time and date of visit, referring site, time spent on pages.

• General location (based on IP) and device type. This is typically collected via cookies and analytics tools (see Cookie Policy). 

3. How We Use Your Information 

We use personal information to: 

• Provide and manage our Services (clinical, coaching, events, publishing).

• Book appointments, deliver programs, and send confirmations or reminders.

• Respond to inquiries, support requests, and feedback. 

• Process payments and manage billing.

• Send newsletters, updates, and marketing communications (with consent where  required). 

• Maintain clinical records as required by law and professional standards (ReNew &  Flourish Mental Wellness™). 

• Evaluate and improve programs, content, and user experience. 

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations. 

We limit use to purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, in line with Alberta PIPA and PIPEDA requirements. 

4. Legal Bases (Where Required) 

Where applicable (e.g., for individuals in the EEA/UK or similar jurisdictions), we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: 

• Your consent

• Performance of a contract (e.g., providing services you request) 

• Compliance with legal obligations, including regulatory and professional record keeping.

• Legitimate interests, such as improving services, preventing fraud, and ensuring security, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights. 

5. Health Information (ReNew & Flourish Mental Wellness™) 

For regulated clinical and mental health services: 

• Certain information may be considered “health information” under Alberta’s Health Information Act (HIA). 

• Where ReNew & Flourish Mental Wellness™ acts as a custodian or affiliate, your health information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with HIA, its regulations, and professional standards (e.g., nursing and psychosocial rehabilitation standards). 

• We will provide additional clinical privacy and consent documents outlining how your health information is handled, your rights of access and correction, and how to make a complaint or request. 

We only collect health information reasonably necessary to provide appropriate care and to meet legal and professional obligations.

6. Sharing and Disclosure 

We may share personal information with: 

• Service providers (e.g., practice management software, payment processors, email  platforms, secure file storage, webinar platforms) who assist us in delivering services  and who are contractually required to protect your information. 

• Professional collaborators (e.g., co-facilitators, co-trainers) where needed to deliver a  specific program or event, subject to appropriate safeguards. 

• Regulators, professional bodies, or legal authorities where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or professional standards (for example, mandatory reporting obligations).

• Successors or assigns in the event of a business reorganization, merger, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate protections. 

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. 

7. International Transfers 

Your information may be processed outside Alberta or outside Canada (for example, by cloud-based providers or when you attend from another country). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is protected through contractual and technical safeguards to the extent required by applicable law. 

8. Data Retention 

We keep personal information: 

• For clinical / health records – for the period required by applicable legislation and  professional standards (which may be several years after last contact). 

• For coaching, speaking, and publishing services – for as long as reasonably necessary to  deliver services, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements (e.g., tax laws,  contract enforcement). 

• For marketing lists – until you unsubscribe or we determine the information is no longer  needed. 

When information is no longer required, we will securely delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.

 

9. Your Rights 

Subject to legal and professional limitations, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you. 

• Request corrections if your information is inaccurate or incomplete. 

• Request deletion of certain information (where not required by law or professional  standards). 

• Withdraw consent to certain uses (e.g., marketing), without affecting prior lawful use.

• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe your privacy rights have been violated.

10. Marketing Communications 

If you subscribe to newsletters or updates: 

• We will use your contact information to send you emails about mental wellness, events, speaking, and publishing, aligned to our brands. 

• You can opt out at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or contacting  us directly. 

We may still send transactional or service-related messages (e.g., appointment reminders, receipts). 

11. Security Measures 

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to: 

• Protect personal and health information from loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized  access. 

• Limit access to those who need the information to perform their role.

• Use secure platforms and encryption where appropriate. 

No system is 100% secure, but we are committed to continuous improvement of our privacy and security practices. 

12. Children’s Privacy 

Our websites and general marketing are not directed to children under [13/18]. Any services involving minors will be governed by specific consent, privacy, and professional requirements communicated directly to the parent/guardian and/or youth, as applicable.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy 

We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date shows when it was last  revised. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate (e.g., via website notice).
