We offer both faith-based and secular approaches to mental wellness. You can choose
the style that best aligns with your personal beliefs and comfort level.
Booking is simple:
- Visit our Book an Appointment page.
- Select the type of service you want (coaching, counseling/therapy, or program).
- Choose an available date and time.
- Complete your booking form.
- You will receive a confirmation email with all the session details.
Each session is personalized to your needs. Typically, sessions include:
- A private, safe, and confidential environment
- Discussion of your current challenges and goals
- Practical tools, strategies, or exercises to support your mental wellness journey
Currently, we do not provide direct billing options for private pay clients. We can provide
receipts for insurance reimbursement, but coverage depends on your individual
insurance plan.
Individual sessions: 50–60 minutes
Extended sessions or coaching packages: up to 90 minutes

Session fees vary depending on the type of service.
We offer package discounts for multiple sessions booked in advance.
Cancellations require at least 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
